Terms and Conditions
All purchases from Adorabubble Jewellery are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Orders
Orders may be placed either online using our secure shopping cart or by post, email or telephone.
Dispatch Timescales
CURRENT LEAD TIMES : 2-3 weeks
N.B. Tiara kits can sometimes take 2-3 weeks to dispatch as I don't hold a lot of crystal stock. This is especially the case if you have asked for ab 2x colours or for some of the rare colours.
All of our items are individually hand made to order, and as such we do not carry stock. Once your order has been placed please allow up to 28 days for dispatch. We do get very busy between January and October, so please try to order your items from us in plenty of time for your wedding or special occasion.
Rush Orders
We understand that sometimes people only find their perfect tiara or jewellery very close to their event. Although we state that customers should allow up to 28 days for delivery, we can usually accommodate rush orders. However, we do ask that if you do require a rush order, please contact us before ordering to check that we can accommodate you.
Sizing and Components/Colours
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have chosen the correct colours and sizes when ordering.
Although we provide an online colour chart, these colours are an approximation. Every PC monitor is different, which means that colours can vary widely. We offer a free crystal and pearl sample service to assist you with your colour choices.
Sizing
All our jewellery is custom made to your preferred length.
Bracelet – to measure for a bracelet, wrap a flexible tape measure around your wrist bone then add ¾ to 1” to determine the correct size.
Alternatively, measure a bracelet you already own.
Necklace Sizing
14” petite choker length
16” choker length
18” will reach the collarbone
20” a few inches below the collarbone
Please note that people’s neck sizes differ greatly, so use the information as a rough guide only. If you need a smaller or larger size than is listed on our site, please let us know when you order.
If you order the wrong size and need the piece to be altered, we charge a fee of £5 per piece.
This service is intended for potential and existing colours to help them choose the correct colours. Although the service is free a postal charge of £1 for UK customers and £1.50 for European and International customers is applicable.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
UK customers may pay by credit card/debit card, cheque, postal order and bankers’ draft. Please make payable to Lisa Borland.
International customers may pay using their credit/debit card via PayPal, Google Checkout or Moneybookers.
PayPal and Moneybookers: Available for all customers. You do not need a PayPal account to pay. PayPal will debit your card or PayPal account at the time of ordering.
UK customers may also take advantage of our credit crunch busting Payment Plan.
Payment Plan
The payment plan is available for orders of £75 or over. A non refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is spread over the following two months.
If choosing the payment plan please indicate this while making your order. Select that you are paying by cheque to allow the order to complete on the system. I will then send you an invoice which can be paid by cheque, postal order or by PayPal invoice (where you can pay using your debit/credit card).
Cancellations
Items which have been made to order may be cancelled within seven days of receipt of the order. Cancellations after the seven days have expired will be subject to a 25% administration fee to cover the cost of materials ordered or used and labour.
Standard Designs refers to goods made exactly to the design in the product description.
Custom designs refer to goods made in any other colour/finish not covered within the product description.
Bespoke Designs refers to goods that are designed and made to the customer’s specification.
Delivery
Due to the delicate nature of our products we send all of our items either by recorded delivery or special delivery, depending on the value of the items being sent. This ensures that all of your items are correctly insured. The cost of delivery also includes postage and packaging, as great care is taken to ensure the items reach you in excellent condition.
UK and Channel Islands
Items costing less than £36 will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at a cost of £2.50
Items costing more than £36 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £6
Europe
Items costing less than £50 will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For at a cost of £6.50.
Items costing more than £50 will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For at a cost of £8.50.
USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand
Items costing less than £50 will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For at a cost of £7.50.
All items costing more than £50 will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For at a cost of £12.50.
Your package will leave the UK within 24 hours of despatch and will then be in the hands of your country’s postal service.
Adorabubble Jewellery does not take responsibility for late arrival or loss of your package.
If there is no one to sign for the package upon delivery the post office will leave a “While you were out” card informing you that your package is awaiting collection at your local depot. If the package is not collected within seven days they will return it to me. If this situation occurs you will be notified by email and asked to pay for the redelivery cost of the goods. If I do not receive a response within seven days the order will be cancelled and a refund minus the 25% labour fee will be issued.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make a complaint with the post office if they did not leave a notification card.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the despatch address is correct. Addresses that are not recognised by Royal Mail upon a delay or lost package query cannot claim compensation.
Adorabubble Jewellery is not responsible for any import taxes/charges that may apply to non UK destinations.
You will be notified by email when your order has been completed and dispatched.
Returns
Standard designs/Custom designs
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your standard design, please contact me within three days of receipt. Returns are accepted and the return package must be postmarked within fourteen days of receipt. Goods will be deemed your property on the 15th day and will be returned.
Standard designs - You will receive a full refund.
Custom designs – You will receive a refund of the total cost of the goods minus a 25% labour/customisation fee.
The goods must be returned in their original perfect condition, unworn, retain all original display packaging and packaged securely. You must also include your original receipt.
Returned items must be sent Recorded Delivery if the value is below £36 or Special Delivery if above. No refunds can be given if the goods do not arrive.
It is the customer’s responsibility to claim compensation from Royal Mail if the item is damaged on its return journey.
No refund will be given under any circumstances if items are returned after the wedding or special event date.
Shipping/postage costs borne by the customer to return the item cannot be refunded.
Returned goods purchased via the credit crunch busting Payment Plan will be refunded minus the 50% deposit.
To comply with Health and Safety regulations we are unable to accept the return of earrings unless they are faulty.
We are only able to discuss and process funds with the original purchaser.
Bespoke Designs
A bespoke design is a commission made to your own design and are non returnable and non refundable. This also includes designs featured in our collection altered in height, width, shape or composition.
Faulty Goods
Items that are faulty or are damaged during transit may be returned for replacement or refund. Adorabubble Jewellery will refund any postage fees that the customer incurs to the return the item to us.
Faulty earrings will be exchanged.
Product Quality
Colour control of the crystals and beads and other materials used are the responsibility of the manufacturer/supplier and may occasionally differ from what is shown. Our free sampling service is available to assist the customer with colour and material choices.
The photography process may make the products appear larger than in real life. The approximate size of the product along with the components used is displayed alongside the item. If in doubt, please ask before ordering.
As each item is hand crafted there may be very slight variations to the original image.
All sizes are approximate.
Privacy
Adorabubble Jewellery takes your privacy very seriously. Under no circumstances will your personal information be made available to any third party. The information we have on file will be used for the purpose of processing your order or enquiry and to provide the best possible service only.
The type of information we hold includes

Telephone number
Email address
IP address for customers who have placed a successful order online. This information will not be disclosed to any third party unless I am required to do so by law.
Disclaimer
Goods sold on this website are not intended to be used as toys. Many of the materials used in the making of the products contain very small parts. For health and safety reasons, all children must be supervised and not left alone with any products. Adorabubble Jewellery will not be held responsible for any injury caused.
Adorabubble Jewellery does not take responsibility for any tarnishing that may occur. The tarnishing of metal parts is a naturally occurring process with the metal reacting to gases in the air.
Adorabubble Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any allergic reaction that our products may cause. If in doubt, please ask prior to ordering.
